These Terms constitute an agreement between you and NestHK. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised content.

NestHK is an AI-assisted decision-support tool that helps users filter suitable residential districts across Hong Kong’s neighbourhoods based on objective dimensions. Some of the data underlying the reports is sourced from government open data and public sources.

The Service is for reference only and does not constitute estate agency, legal, financial, tax or professional advice. We do not warrant the suitability of any estate, district or transaction; the final decision on where to live or to purchase property must be made by you, and we recommend that you consult a suitable professional for any major decision.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register an account.
• Credentials and Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your login credentials secure; any loss arising from leaked credentials or shared accounts is borne by you.
• Accuracy of Information: The information you provide must be true, accurate and up to date; you should update it promptly if it changes.
• Right to Suspend: We reserve the right to refuse registration or to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

When using the Service, you agree that you will not: engage in any act that violates the laws or regulations of Hong Kong or any other applicable jurisdiction; infringe the rights of others (including privacy and intellectual property); upload false or misleading information; use automated means (crawlers, scripts) to scrape or abuse the Service on a large scale; interfere with or attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the Service; or use the Service for any unauthorised commercial resale.

• Prices and Plans: Certain features of the Service require the purchase of credits or a plan; current plans and prices (for example, HK$29 per report, HK$189 for 10 reports) are as shown on the website, and we reserve the right to adjust prices from time to time with prior notice.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed by the third-party payment service provider Stripe, and Stripe’s terms and privacy policy apply.
• Refund Policy: Credits that have been used (i.e. a report generated) are generally non-refundable; unused credits are handled after you cancel your account in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Promotional or gifted credits may have an expiry period.
• Taxes: Unless otherwise stated, the prices shown do not include any applicable taxes.

• Our Rights: This website, its content, algorithms, design, trademarks and the name "NestHK" are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law.
• Your Inputs: You retain the rights to the data you input into the Service (such as questionnaire answers); you grant us a licence to process such data in order to provide and improve the Service.
• Report Usage Rights: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the generated matching reports for your own personal use; except with our prior written consent, you may not resell, redistribute, or use the reports for commercial purposes.

The Service and its content are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. Data sources may be incomplete, outdated or erroneous; the reports are estimates and recommendations and are not guaranteed to match your actual circumstances exactly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance on the Service (including the generated reports), including any consequential, indirect, derivative or punitive losses (including the consequences of any decision).

In any event, our total liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant transaction.

If you breach these Terms or your use of the Service gives rise to a third-party claim, you agree to indemnify us against the losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees) and liabilities we thereby suffer.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access if you breach these Terms, and no fees paid will be refunded.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. After termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) remain in effect.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material revisions will be announced on this website; your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised content.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree that the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
